Analysis Options
If you are creating a new bid, select “Generate Requirements Configuration” and “Generate Personas Configuration.”
This enables the platform to automatically configure the requirements and personas for each question, ensuring your workstation is set up correctly on the response page.
No analysis will be performed at this stage, as you will not have selected:
- Generate Ingredients Report
- Generate Requirements Report
- Generate Personas Report
- Generate Suggested Paragraphs
These options should only be selected if you are conducting a draft review or reviewing a past bid.

Save to Bid Library
If you want your data to be stored in the Bid Library for future reviews or to reuse content, tick the box.
If you prefer to run the reports without saving the data, leave the box unticked — the system will generate a downloadable Excel file containing the data instead.

File Warnings
If you haven’t attached any files when you click “Generate Analysis” or “Create Bid Folder”, you will get a warning that this will affect analysis accuracy.
