Relevancy

We supported a client in winning a place on the NHS SBS IT Solutions Framework, enabling them to access and later secure multiple ITT wins within the NHS.


🧩 Challenge

The client lacked internal bid writing capability and capacity to meet the volume and complexity of NHS SBS submissions. They needed to:

  • Respond to multiple, detailed questions across technical, commercial, and service areas

  • Clearly articulate methodologies and value-adds within strict word counts

  • Maintain consistency, compliance, and clarity across all responses under time pressure

  • Took full ownership of the framework bid, delivering all narrative and compliance elements

  • Created a structured response library, enabling rapid and high-quality drafting

  • Embedded value-add propositions and methodologies into answers without exceeding word limits

  • Continued to support subsequent ITTs, tailoring responses to buyer needs and demonstrating impact aligned to NHS priorities
