November 2025 – met with MD and senior Leadership, and then reviewed a £1m demolition bid in 10 minutes.

The Bid Bot platform has become a valuable tool in supporting our bid development and review process, helping us work more efficiently while maintaining high standards. The technology enhances our workflow whilst allowing the final output to be human-led. When required, the Bid Bot team has also provided timely hands-on support, ensuring we can deliver well-considered, high-quality responses.

Bid review AI
We met with the head of demolition, civils, pre-construction manager and MD, to discuss the use of our platform for their bidding. They loved the idea and wanted to see it in action. So we agreed to run a review on a live £1m demolition bid. They wanted to see how the AI review reports scores and suggestions worked and to check the quality of output.
The process:
- Uploaded the 10 questions and responses along with the specification (10 minutes)
- Ran the review report on the entire bid (2 minutes)
- Extracted the Excel sheet that provides a score for the full bid, individual questions and a RAG system. Within each question, a detailed report across the question and customer requirements, role personas and our default marking scheme, backed by years of analysing what buyers look for (this can be customised by users) is provided.
- AI content automation snippets – based on the review, the tool provides snippets of content to enhance the responses.
- As part of the POC we also went into each response and provided comments in the Word Doc as to where the AI review suggestions should be implemented.
The feedback was amazing, agreeing with the review report and the content automation snippets. Following this POC, they moved onto a quarterly license, and are now on an annual commitment for the full platform.
