Project Description
✅ Relevancy
We supported a global technology firm in bidding for a £9 million resource augmentation contract under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework, targeting the Department for Education (DfE). The bid was highly competitive, with over 15 suppliers contending.
🧩 Challenge
The client needed to rapidly mobilise a high-quality, compliant bid that clearly demonstrated value, capability, and delivery assurance—while navigating the complexity of CCS framework requirements and differentiation in a crowded supplier field. The bid was already one week into the live bid stage. With no prior context, we set-up the team and started working on the responses.
🔧 Solution
We led the entire bid process, including:
-
Bid strategy and narrative development
-
Overseeing and writing x2 responses
-
Collaborative reviews and quality assurance of all content
-
Aligning the solution narrative with DfE’s resource augmentation requirements
📈 Result
-
Achieved a final score of 85%
-
Positioned the client among the top scorers in the competition.
🌍 Impact
Our leadership and content delivery directly contributed to securing a significant strategic opportunity for the client within the public sector digital transformation and public facing apps space, enhancing their visibility and credibility with central government buyers.
