Challenge

The sales lead was overwhelmed managing multiple £10M+ bids simultaneously while also delivering on existing responsibilities. The workload was stretching internal resources and jeopardising bid quality and focus.


Solution

Our bid consultancy stepped in to rewrite and review the £50M critical digital services bid. We worked closely with the sales lead and all lead authors to ensure the correct scoring content was in there backed from our data of winning previous bids.
