Why Bid Bot?

The bid consultancy wanted to improve their speed of reviewing tender responses, whilst having another pair of eyes to help spot compliance issues and to keep quality consistent.

They were also using an virtual assistant to manual look at portals taking hours weekly. They wanted to explore the free tender finder.

Free trial

The director attended our office to view the platform and was amazed by the quality of the service, and it was something they had never come across, being able to review bids within minutes, and receive content automation snippets that will directly improve the quality.

Within the free trial, they ran through their clients’ bids, and were amazed at the accuracy and quality of the review output. At the end of the free trial, they decided to commit and sign for an annual contract, to be paid monthly to reduced the cost down compared to pay as you go, and now have 10 review reports monthly.

Recommendation – during their free trial, they recommended us to another bid consultant, who has come to the same conclusion, and has started a free trial.

Once on the live service, we introduced them to the tender finder. They explained that they had a virtual assistant manually going through portals. They decided to give our tender finder a go and are now set-up and receiving alerts daily.
